Drop Final Two
to Finish Season of Frustration
The Surrey Rebels
were on the road for their final two BC Intermediate
B Lacrosse League games of 2010 and lost both.
Monday night, the Rebels dropped a heartbreaking 6-5
decision to the Langley Warriors and on Thursday,
the North Delta Hawks dominated in a 9-2 decision.
Surrey finish the season with a 4-14-1
(won-lost-tied) record, good for last place in
league standings. The team will be retooling
for the 2011 season, as 20 of the 25 man roster will
be graduating out of the program and vying for spots
on the Junior Rebels roster.
