 PeeWee C Rebels Strike Gold
The Surrey Rebels PeeWee C squad took home
the gold medal at the Wayne Patrick Memorial
PeeWee Tournament, held May 22-24, 2010 in
North Delta. The team is having a
great season, currently sitting in 3rd place
in league standings. Congratulations
to the boys and coaching staff for a job
well done!

 Tyke vs. Midget A1
Challenge
It started out as a "friendly" challenge,
but make no mistake, the Surrey Tyke team is
fierce! The Midget A1's were worked
over like never seen before!! You'd
think with the size and experience of the
Midgets, the Tykes would have been a
little intimidated, but it proved to be the
other way around. In the first period,
the Midgets had the lead.... the Tykes did
not take to kindly to that. In the
second period, there was a fight... Wade
Hebert had his older brother Grady wrapped
until the last second, when Grady
panicked and pulled Wade's jersey over his
head! Cheap Grady, real cheap!
By the third, the Tykes took the lead and
were putting up with nothing... Midget
Dallas Rossiter was robbed, literally, his
stick was stolen and thrown off the floor.
Austin Iredale-Cooley has never been so
worked in his many years of lacrosse... you
would have thought Tyke Riley Evans was
motivated to take him down! (he was secretly
offered money...)
At the end of the game, the brawl was on...
one would say the Tykes won both the game
and the challenge! Way to go guys!
It was a lot of fun to watch and you could
see the little guys really enjoyed having
the older boys out to play with them! Thanks
to Grady, Dallas, Austin, Kyle Lagerstrom,
Michael Vandenbossche and Cole Guolo for
spending your Friday evening with these
aspiring young Rebels!

Doorperson Certification
The BCLCA has developed a Door Personnel test to be
completed by all people operating the door (gate) during
Box Lacrosse games this season. Coaches and
managers must ensure that the test is completed and
submitted with all required information. To open
