The Surrey Lacrosse Association will be
holding its 37th Annual General Meeting of
the membership as follows:

EARLY REGISTRATION AT THE AGM FOR MINOR
LACROSSE PLAYERS (MINI-TYKE TO MIDGET)
ONLY. IF YOU ATTEND THE MEETING AND STICK
AROUND TO THE END, YOU CAN REGISTER YOUR
PLAYER FOR THE SAME FEE AS YOU PAID AT THE
AGM LAST YEAR!

Rebels Teams in the Provincials
Congratulations to the Surrey Rebels Midget
C team who swept the Port Coquitlam Saints
by a combined score of 16-3 to advance to
the provincial championships July 14-18 in
Mission. The team finished the
round-robin with a record of 2-2 and dropped
a 10-8 decision to North Shore in the Bronze
Medal match. Although the team didn't
come home with a medal, two Rebels were
honoured: Kody Pierce was named to the
tournament All Star Team, while Grant Belich
won a Warrior Fair Play Award.
Kudos also go out the PeeWee C Rebels who
came in second in the five-team round-robin
playdown and advance to their provincial
championships July 21-25 in Delta. The
crew finished the round-robin with a record
of 1-3 and dropped a close 9-8 decision to
Vancouver in the Bronze Medal match.
Although the team didn't come home with a
medal, two Rebels were honoured: Nick
Hamilton was named to the tournament All
Star Team, while Taylor Mori
won a Warrior Fair Play Award.

Any coaches or managers who are ready to
return their jerseys, goalie and other
equipment need to contact our equipment
manager,
Mitch Green and he will arrange for you
to meet him at the equipment room upstairs
at Cloverdale Arena.

PeeWee
A1 Rebels Take Gold in Vernon
The Surrey Rebels PeeWee A1 team travelled
to Vernon to compete in the annual North
Okanagan "Rock the House" tournament June
11-13, and ended up going undefeated en
route to winning the Gold Medal.
Congratulations to the boys and coaching staff for a job
well done!

Tyke Tigers
Finish Season Undefeated
Wow, what a great season! The Surrey
Tigers went undefeated
this season winning all 15 games and
outscoring their opponents 147-26! The
boys played absolutely amazing.
