AX Lacrosse Camp
Postponed
It is with regret that, due to lack of
interest in an end of season Box Lacrosse
camp, AX Lacrosse is postponing its
partnered camp with the Surrey Lacrosse
Association on July 24th and 25th
to the beginning of next season. At
this time there are no firm dates, but we
will work to identify a time we can host the
same camp some time in April, 2011.
For those players who have already
registered, once a new date in 2011 is
secured, AX Lacrosse will notify each of you
via e-mail as they will be keeping your
contact information on file. For those
who have provided payment, you will be
refunded in full. All cheques that
have been sent will be returned as none have
been cashed to date, so please feel free to
put a stop on that specific cheque
(regardless those cheques will be returned).

SFU
Youth Strength & Conditioning Summer Camp
SFU Strength & Conditioning is the answer
for team or individual athletes
11 to 18 years of age who want to get
stronger, faster and more powerful.
Using a combination of Olympic
weightlifting, strength training, speed
training and plyometrics, SFU Strength &
Conditioning programs are ideal for young
athletes looking to improve their athletic
performance. World-class coaching and
effective programs have helped SFU athletes
yield results such as 635lb squat, 550lb
bench press, 350lb power clean, 39-inch
vertical and a 4.36 second 40-yard dash.
All high performance camp athletes will
learn how to execute proper weightlifting
technique, running technique and explosive
movements. These maximum strength
skills are the foundation upon which power
and speed are built.
Sessions run either mornings or afternoons,
from July 5 - 30 (Phase 1) and August 3 - 27
(Phase 2).
